Hi, I’m Shay!

I’m the founder of Pop Art, a Las Vegas event décor and balloon company.

I spent years as an Interior Designer and Visual Merchandiser. I just wanted to make the world a more beautiful place.  Over time, I found that not only do I have an unhealthy affection for garland, but what I loved the most was entertaining, making guests feel special, and giving them the chance to create post-worthy memories.

 I still want to make the world a more beautiful place, but now I do it one balloon, garland, and tassel at a time.
